John F. Thompson II Returns to Kennedy Berkley

Kennedy Berkley is pleased to announce that John F. Thompson II has returned to the firm. John has more than a decade of experience guiding businesses through identifying their objectives to developing structured business plans.

Concentrating his practice on estate planning, agribusiness, banking, and succession planning, he works with businesses and their principals across all stages of growth, advising clients through complex financing transactions, real estate acquisition and development, mergers and acquisitions as well as dispute resolution.


After earning his B.A. cum laude, from Kansas State University, John earned his J.D. from University of Kansas School of Law in 2007. Licensed to practice in Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska, John also serves as a member of both The Missouri Bar Association and the Kansas Bar Association.
