With years of experience in the real estate industry, Lee helps clients smoothly navigate the complexities of transactions, planning and litigation. His practice focuses on real estate, estate planning and probate, banking, litigation and business and corporate law.
Over the course of his career, Lee has been involved in more than one thousand real estate transactions, including leasing apartments as a property manager, helping clients with purchase and sale transactions as a real estate agent, ensuring a smooth closing process as a title closing agent, researching land records and drafting title commitments as a title examiner and resolving title issues and drafting various transaction-related documents as a real estate attorney.
Practice Details
Lee assists clients in preparing, reviewing, filing and recording various documents such as purchase and sale contracts, promissory notes, mortgages, subordination agreements, deeds, easements, liens, rights of first refusal, corporate bylaws, operating agreements, last wills and testaments, powers of attorney, trust agreements, family settlement agreements, pleadings, motions, journal entries and more. Lee’s experience and attention to detail allow him to ensure the accuracy of these documents.
Lee is also a litigator with experience in foreclosures, bankruptcies, trust disputes and criminal matters. He has managed all aspects of casework, including pleadings, court appearances, pretrial motions, negotiation and bench and jury trials.


About Lee
A native of Wamego, Kansas, Lee hails from the Land of Oz. He graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor's and master's degree and later earned his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law.
While in law school, Lee interned with both the City of Manhattan and Fairbanks Law Firm in Goodland, Kansas, gaining valuable experience in trust disputes, agricultural land foreclosures, various land use issues and general municipal court functions. He also earned multiple scholarships, received CALI awards in Real Estate Transactions, Professional Responsibility, Conflict of Laws and Torts and graduated with Dean’s Honors.
