After nearly two decades in both the public and private sectors, Chris J. Kellogg rejoined Kennedy Berkley in 2022. His practice focuses on all aspects of civil litigation; domestic and family law; wills and trusts; bankruptcy and vaccine injury litigation. He is based out of our Salina office, and is licensed to practice in Kansas and before a variety of federal courts and tribunals.

About Chris

Chris earned undergraduate and master’s degrees from Kansas State and a JD from Washburn University School of Law, graduating with honors in 2004. He served as a federal appellate law clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York City. He worked as an associate for Kennedy Berkely for five years before returning to government service, where he served as the deputy child support director for the State of Kansas.

In 2014, Chris was appointed as an administrative law judge for the State of Kansas where he heard disputes regarding the Kansas executive agencies. These cases involved retirement funds, securities, Medicaid, labor claims, child abuse, and more. After his time on the bench, Chris became the project manager for a major child support operation in Nashville, where he managed 35,000 cases and 65+ employees.
