Lance H. Cochran was born in Salina, Kansas in 1971 and graduated from Glasco High School in 1989. He received degrees in Theology and Government from the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Indiana in 1994. Lance received his Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University School of Law, Topeka, Kansas in 1999. Lance and his wife, Kim, reside in Salina with their three children.
Lance's practice emphasizes banking law, representation of agricultural cooperatives, commercial/corporate law, estate planning, all aspects of commercial and residential real estate and landlord-tenant disputes, creditor rights, real estate law, and he provides comprehensive legal representation for agribusiness ventures- from small farms to multi-national companies.
Lance is a member of the Kansas Bar Association and is the past President of the Saline-Ottawa County Bar Association and the Vice-President of the Notre Dame Club of Salina, Kansas. Lance is an active member of the Salina community in many charitable and civic organizations and he and his family are members of St. Mary, Queen of the Universe Catholic Church.
