Tom A. Williamson, Shareholder

Tom A. Williamson was born in Dodge City, Kansas, in 1948. Tom majored in Accounting and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Washburn University in 1970 and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Washburn University School of Law in 1973.

With over three decades of legal experience, Tom brings to clients extensive knowledge of the law in the areas of business and commercial transactions, banking, trusts, estate planning, and real estate. Tom has extensive experience with the formation of business entities and with the sale and purchase of businesses. Tom serves as counsel for several Kansas banks and companies.

Tom is a member of the American Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, and Saline-Ottawa County Bar Association (President-1986).
