Kennedy Berkley Yarnevich & Williamson, Chartered was formed in 1961 when Thomas J. Kennedy and Robert B. Berkley merged their individual practices. Over the years, the firm has gained prominence for its general business practice, including representation of individuals, banks, health care entities, and other businesses of all types.  The firm’s general business and banking practice continues today.
