A significant portion of the Firm's practice involves representing both employers and employees in connection with workplace issues and disputes. The employment relationship is subject to state and federal regulations which have steadily become more complicated. The Firm represents clients in interpreting and applying these complicated laws to specific cases. We have significant experience representing clients in state and federal administrative matters, such as in front of the Kansas Human Rights Commission or Equal Opportunity Employment Commission; or representing clients in unemployment insurance disputes. If the situation results in litigation, the Firm aggressively represents employers and employees in the state and federal courts of Kansas.
