Gary D. Denning, Attorney
Gary Denning was born in Larned, Kansas in 1954, and grew up in Manhattan and Salina, Kansas. He received his B.A. and Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas.
Gary worked for the firm of Denning and Young for approximately twelve years, and joined Kennedy Berkley when his partner was appointed to the bench in early 2006. Gary was the prosecuting attorney for the City of Salina from 1983 to 1992.
Gary practices extensively in the areas of family law, consumer bankruptcy, personal injury and criminal defense.
Gary is a member of the Saline-Ottawa County Bar Association and the Kansas Bar Association. He has been active in many charitable and civic organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors of Ashby House, Salina Area Technical School, Salina Education Foundation, Smoky Hill Education Service Center and the Salina Downtown Lions Club. He is serving his third term on the USD 305 School Board, and was President of the Board for 2005-2006.
